Shipping Costs

The shipping costs charged to you electronically when you place an order with Sacred Garden may or may not be the exact total it costs us to ship your items. If the shopping cart over charges, we will place a refund in your box with your products. On a rare occasion it may under charge you for shipping and we may need to send an email for additional payment. If you would like an exact total for shipping before you send payment, just email us and we will personally hand weigh your box and send the total in an email provided by you within 24 hrs at which time payment can then be made.

Methods of Shipping

All packages are shipped by way of United States Postal Service. Insurance fees are added if the package contains more than $15.00 worth of merchandise to protect the buyer from loss or damaged goods.

Return Policy

If items are damaged in shipment, please contact us through email or by phone within 24 hours after receiving your package. We will then instruct you on how best to handle the situation.
Since all the products located on Sacred Garden’s site are personal items, once opened by a customer, cannot be resold. Therefore, only an exchange can be made if an item is damaged or not what the customer ordered. Any other returns are handled on a case by case basis.
